Thanks so much to all our visitors from around Australia and around the world who’ve made our first 9 months of opening so busy.
Spring is here, those ocean views from every room are so blue, and we just love the virgin white sand dunes right across the road.
It’s like being in the country on a really quiet beach, but with the vibrant atmosphere of Scarborough beach’s shops, cafes and bars only a 7 minute walk away.

For anyone reading, the feedback we’ve received is that Beach House Perth is the best value beach holiday with the biggest rooms and best ocean views of any accommodation along Perth’s coast.
We currently have a rating of 98% on Google and 97% on Booking.com, but we encourage everyone reading this to always book direct with us instead of the foreign booking sites, who take the money out of Australia and charge us up to 30% commission.
That means they also slug you with higher prices, and we guarantee that we always will give you the lowest price, despite the smoke and mirrors of sites like Booking.com and Air BnB.

Please come and see us, we’ve travelled the world and made sure our new property is full of luxury with panoramic ocean views at a very reasonable price.

Beach House Perth is finally finished and ready to open for summer!  We love the endless ocean views and feeling of freedom, with the pristine white beach and blue water right across the road.
We have plenty of onsite parking for our valuable visitors, including two spaces in the lockup garage under the limestone façade that greets our guests. 
We love Europe and have just returned with more French art and Italian furnishings. We have also retained some of the classic furniture our guests loved at our former Beach Manor B and B on Scarborough Beach.

These include the hand-painted colourful Italian ceramic table and chairs in the dining room from Orvieto, and the hand-painted large urn from Ravello on the Amalfi coast.
Beach House Perth has some beautiful original art, including a very accurate depiction of Monet’s famous painting Terrace at Saint Adresse.  The French master painted this in 1867 – look for his father sitting down in a panama hat as a model.  

We love the new heated swimming pool with its magnesium salts, so good for the body and soothing for the soul. It’s open all year round, with the heating turned on from late September till end of April.
There’s a covered al fresco area next to the pool with a quality BBQ, an outdoor hot and cold shower, and even a putting green.

We also serve a good continental breakfast upon request, including excellent fruit muesli, healthy and gluten free bread, fresh fruit, juices, good coffee and different teas.
